For example, semiconductor materials (Si, Ge, SiC, Oxide semiconductors, etc.), ferroelectric, insulator, electrode materials, etc. for semiconductor devices (MOS transistors, ferroelectric transistors, etc.). Not limited to these, cross-sectional and integrated research (quantum devices, etc.). |
| Qualifications | ?Requires a Ph.D. degree in a relevant scientific discipline. ?A pending doctoral degree may be considered with approval. ?The applicants who are highly motivated in research and can communicate with research groups will be appreciated. |

| Salary | [Salary] JPY 350,000/month Meal allowance JPY 4,000/month Commuting expenses or partial support for housing is available. [Holidays] Saturday(approx. 2times a month), Sundays, Vacations(Summer, Winter etc.) as determined by University. |
