Outline |
Optimizing structural “forms” based on solid and computational mechanics, and developing theories and applications How do you design a dynamically optimal and ideal shape? We conduct research primarily on theories for automatically creating and designing optimal shapes of various structures with computers, and applications of such theories to structural designs, to assist manufacturers and designers. Our research also covers structural analyses and simulation technologies which underpin such theories and applications. |
Research Themes |
